A Local Garlic Tradition Built on Flavor and Community
We started our journey in 1985 with a simple idea, share real Gilroy garlic with people who love bold flavor. Our roots began with friends who came from the restaurant world, and their appreciation for quality ingredients shaped everything we do today.
Over the years, we have grown from a small local shop into a trusted source for garlic products across the USA and internationally, yet our values have stayed the same. We focus on dependable flavor, friendly service, and honest products made with care.
With 41 years of experience, we continue to craft seasonings with low salt options, fresh garlic stored cold for peak quality, locally made garlic braids, and specialty items that highlight California-grown garlic. We also carry over 300 hot sauces, giving customers a wide range of flavor profiles to explore.
Owners and brothers Chef Alex, 1982 graduate of the California Culinary Academy, and Charles, are the former owners and operators of Sandrinos Restaurante and Bar, and lead the fun shopping experience with our staff. All recipes for our own brands, Garlic Dude Seasons and Sauces, Mama Raps, and Psycho Hot Sauce and salsa are created by Chef Alex.
Community involvement remains a priority for us. We give back to organizations like Operation Freedom Paws in San Martin and the Santa Clara County Animal Shelter. These efforts reflect our belief in supporting the community that supports us.
